The work flow is based on the generation of an offer based on the data associated to a project. An itemised quote is immediately generated as well as a full quality control plan.
In the process to prepare the offer, the regulation associated to each material is implemented, using a simple system that connects each trial to an Excel spreadsheet. Users can choose between their own and those offered by the application, however, they can be changed at any time.
The moment the offer becomes a project, the job can begin, assisted at all times by the control plan. The quick identification of trials allows controlling information reception and delivery operations between the construction site and the laboratory.
Generation and management of job orders
One of the most useful functionalities is the possibility of configuring job orders specifying the trials to be conducted with certain materials. Data control can be checked with the tools offered by the application, thus ensuring data reliability.
Report customisation
The generation of reports and lists allows configuring whatever data one wishes on each line of information. The data model also allows applying any type of filter and clustering necessary: by companies, by offers, several jobs, by type of trial, by costs.
Billing
This allows quickly issuing bills for trials conducted in a specific period of time, even showing a view of pending items, so that users can confirm what is to be billed and what not.
Multi-user access, remote connection and security
Several operators can simultaneously use the application, thus increasing productivity. The programme is installed together with a powerful database server capable of supporting great workloads without diminishing performance.
Information can be accessed anywhere, either locally or remotely, ensuring security in all cases. To prevent unauthorised access to information, ISLAB allows setting up each user?s privileges and restrictions.
